My husband was transferred to Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center for congestive heart failure. Our nurse Bella was the absolute best! She had an outstanding bedside manner, was diligent in helping in any way she could, patiently explained things to us in terms that we could understand, and truly became a face that we got excited to see enter the room. We felt quite blindsided by this sudden news of heart complications, but Bella put our minds at ease and made my husband feel that his needs were of the utmost importance. Having her as our nurse was like having a family member advocating on his behalf. She is truly devoted to her patients and her job which she made evident in the care that she gave. We will forever remember the nurse friend we made while we were there. Thank you, Bella, for making us feel comfortable and taking such good care of my husband.
