Isabelle Kim, RN

This is not our 1st time here. When we were here last time we also had Isabelle as our nurse. I really like her. She stands out because you can really tell that she knows what she is doing. She has the knowledge and experience to care for very complicated children like mine. My child has spent the majority of his life in the ICU. He has coded several times. That’s why having a nurse like Isabelle is very important. She is very nice. She explains everything. She takes the time to spend with me and keeps me in the know of what’s happening and what we should expect. You can just tell that she knows her stuff. It’s not her first rodeo.
