Any hospital stay is traumatic on some level, however, Isaias made all the difference in every way, to make this experience the best it could be. As I watched my mom smile when Isaias treated her, it immediately brought peace to both of us. Not only is he professional, answered every question, explained confidently, but he was also very friendly and genuinely concerned for my mom and me.
The thing that stood out the most was his 100% attentiveness and focus on everything he did. We never had to wait long for an answer. He was always patient. The most important thing which is why I felt led to commend Isaias, is that he made my mom smile and I always felt confident that she was well taken care of.
