Isnaira Lagasan was nominated because of her extensive professional expertise, which enables the patients in her care to feel secure and at ease. The patient suggested that Isnaira is a wonderful example of how to care for patients undergoing dialysis safely and competently. The nominator said that anytime she is in their unit and under the care of this nurse, she facilitates everything for the patient's comfort and safety.
