Israa Omar Almowallad, BSN, RN

Israa has been working in the Pediatric ICU for 10 months in Saudi German Hospital Jeddah and she has already made a big impact on her colleagues, doctors, and patients. Her co-nurses would describe her as a very warm and welcoming person. With her positive attitude, one cannot deny that she indeed has a healing presence toward her patients and their families.

According to the parents of one of Ms. Israa’s patients, “Everybody was busy working in PICU but she gave all the care in our son's condition. She is clean, very nice, and answers all our questions. Thanks to all the PICU nurses for dealing very nicely with our family. I am asking Allah (God) to give this nurse more power and love. In addition, she is very talented in giving patient and family education. She is also very ethical and nice.”
