Israel is very kind, always checking in and offering to assist with moving of patients, helping to change and clean up patients, is very considerate about distributing post-ops, super courteous when answering call lights and just all around creates a wonderful and calm atmosphere to work in. He is always more than happy to help with whatever is needed, offers great and knowledgeable advice and has a warm and inviting personality. He's very fair and easy to work with and when Israel is running the floor I know I'll have a great day. As a newbie to the Swedish family, this is all so important to me. One last note to mention is that he is always asking questions about what could be better, he listens and implements. Thank you, Israel.
