My mother is MGN patient and her medical problem affects many aspects of her life. She gets panicked easily with every explanation or clarification regarding her case or the medications that she is taking. Today she was admitted for her second dose of Rituximab. We were lucky enough to have Israel as her nurse. He makes us feel at home by supporting and helping us, he was extraordinary. He explains things that make my mother feel comfortable and safe. He was around every 5 minutes checking up on her and asking if she needs any kind of help. When she felt very cold, he made a tea for her to feel warm and better. That meant a lot to us. He cares about the details and from time to time, he stops by her bed telling stories and talking with her with his lovely Arabic language, which brings her joy and happiness. We do appreciate his kind help and support. He makes us feel that we are safe and in a place that cares about the patients. Thank you so much.
