Isru recently demonstrated outstanding nursing judgment while caring for a patient experiencing an acute stroke. Through careful assessment, he identified signs of aphasia and promptly communicated his findings to the care team. His advocacy and collaboration supported timely clinical decision-making, leading to the administration of TNK and noticeable improvement in the patient’s condition that same evening.

With years of experience, Isru has earned the trust of both his peers and interdisciplinary teams through his consistent professionalism and patient-centered approach. He also assisted a Neuro ICU patient by safely removing a sentimental ring from a swollen finger, demonstrating compassion, resourcefulness, and attention to patient comfort.
