Issam Kadoura, RN

Issam is a strong leader with ethics and drive, he always leads from the front and works hard to motivate and support his team, he does have a sense of humor and keeps a balance between ensuring the smooth running of the service and keeping everyone focused with ensuring the staff are well looked after and are happy in their roles. With his help and under his leadership we achieved many outcomes, including 3 major quality improvement metrics. I see Issam as an example of a true leader, who has clear vision and team skills but also a good manager who works hard with his team and organizes everyday work in a timely and tidy manner.
