Issam is cooperative and a skilled nurse and answers all my queries related to infusions. My perception towards long term infusion has changed following his advice and his instructions. He gave me all the necessary education in case of an emergency. I try to have my appointments according to his availability in the clinic.

He is kind and helpful and makes the patient comfortable. He is skilled in putting IV in a very gentle way. He does his job more than just perfectly.
