Itzel Ramirez, RN

Itzel was our postpartum and baby’s nurse on our second night in the postpartum room. Itzel took her time in educating us and deeply caring about our little newborn by allowing us to watch while she so carefully and strategically bathed our new addition. She was so patient while we asked tons of questions. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, comfortable, and special, Itzel.
