My 86-year-old father was a patient for 5 days in the ICU. My father was brought to St. Bernardine for a stroke after a fall. His whole family was traumatized. Upon hearing this devastating news, my daughter and I were concerned about his long-term care recovery. The future was so worrisome as we were visiting during this shift.

We were greeted by Ivahr. Her smile and beautiful energy. Ivahr worked tirelessly and diligently for our father. Ivahr patiently explained everything to us. Advocated for my father and even contacted the night MD to collaborate by working together around my father's healthcare goals and concerns. It became apparent that Ivahr's priority and importance was not only my loved one, but also to make sure that we were okay and that our expectations were met.

Ivahr is incredibly kind-hearted and also concerned about our whole family in the roller coaster of emotions and well-being. We look forward to each night knowing that Ivahr would be back, because we are at ease knowing they will provide excellent care for my father. Ivahr even called me in the morning, before she went home, to give me an update on how my father had done that night. Ivahr's knowledge and skills were evident.

Her devotion, passion, and skills made a strong impact on my father's care. I was able to sleep at night trusting Ivahr is with my precious loved one. Ivahr truly brought joy to our family. Thank you for making a tremendous impact on our lives. Your care allowed my father to transfer out of the ICU. Ivahr's frequent repositioning and oral Care also helped with his recovery process.
