Ivanka McCourt, RN

We have been here for a month now trying to manage my husband's excruciating pain; he has bone cancer stage 4. As you can imagine with three shifts per day, we have had a lot of nurses. One RN, Ivanka, stands out above all the rest. She works tirelessly and efficiently to ensure a job well done, taking the time to do the little things that the others did not, such as bed baths and linen changes. Ivanka is always prompt and it is obvious that she has a heart of genuine compassion along with a work ethic record to none.

As a retired RN at my husband's bedside, I see the global picture that others might not see. You have a treasure in this employee and I hope she is deservedly recognized. At a minimum, I hope this makes its way to her employee file. I cannot say enough good things about her; only that I have 1,000% faith in her nursing abilities and appreciate her to no end. Professional, personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, tireless, dependable and so much more! Thank you, Ivanka.
