Ivy was excellent. She introduced herself and expressed her concerns of my patient care. Before and during and after procedures, she completely explained clearly what she was going to do and reason why. Ivy's main concern was my well being as a patient, medically, physically and emotionally. Ivy is a very dedicated nurse. I feel strongly Ivy deserves the DAISY Award. She went above and beyond her medical care. I am a woman of faith and I have asked for Ivy's blessings for her kind, caring, and being a lovely human being and her care to others! Due to the other patient floor being overcrowded, I was given a room on Ivy's floor. It was absolutely the best stay and staff. Thank you!
