Ivy went above and beyond and deserves recognition. She took care of my sister at a time when we decided to make her a DNR - this was a very difficult decision. Ivy showed compassion and assisted us during the entire process. She was very caring and helpful with all of our needs. She went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate all that Ivy did. I am a nurse at Trinity Mother Francis and it is very different being on the other side. Words can not express the gratitude we have for this nurse.
