I had a quadruple bypass. I met I'Yana during that first stay. She was so talented in doing phlebotomy and has a special talent for finding veins. My veins roll and collapse and HIDE! She is so personable and such a caring individual. She is a true nurse of the highest quality. Thank you for having I’Yana on your staff.

The wife of the patient in X came to the nurse’s station and asked if I’Yana was his nurse a few days ago and said that she took exceptional care of him. She was the early nurse who was able to place an IV after several failed attempts. Today the patient had four failed lab and IV attempts and I’Yana assisted his primary nurse with another successful lab draw and IV placement. This was not I’Yana’s patient, but she understood the difficulty and ease the patient’s pain using her exceptional skill set.
