From our first encounter with Craig, he demonstrated confidence, skill and a caring attitude for my sister. He was so very understanding and made my sister feel at ease. She was so upset with not being able to care for herself and having to rely on him to care for her. Nothing was too much and he never made her feel like it was a problem. I believe the most important act of kindness was his visit to her on the fourth floor before being transferred to Moss.

Today, Craig went above and beyond in his care for the patient as well as us, his family members. He made himself available to address all of our needs as well as answer all of our questions. We greatly appreciate his compassion and extra attention during this tough time for our family.
