He is an exceptional employee, a huge asset to our department, and so deserving of this award and recognition. His clinical skills are exemplary. He is one of the friendliest people I know, and he always arrives with a smile on his face and positive vibes for everyone. He is responsible for his own daily tasks and he can often be found assisting other coworkers with their tasks. Moreover, he consistently helps his team and, most especially, his patients. He always helps and assists his patients and their companions whenever they need him. Recently, he volunteered himself to go on duty because one of the staff got sick and the need to attend to all our patients. He always understands our unit's situations and is always willing to assist, especially when we are short on manpower. One of our patients is always happy to be assisted by him. He helped the patient sit and also even with their meals. Small gestures can make a big difference in patient care. He deserves to be recognized as one of the great employees of MMC.
