Ja-Anna Rose been outstanding in the management of 2 recent intraoperative codes. Not only was she the first to recognize the code situation, but she also remained calm, took the initiative and was a true role model in an emergency situation. Ja-Anna has saved a patient's life!

Ja-Anna works extremely hard and reliably every day in the UMH OR. She deserves the daisy award for her outstanding performance and dedication (to the patient and team) during at least 2 OR emergencies in the last week. She has truly gone above and beyond as an OR nurse.
