I would like to share my story of why this instructor is so special. I believe that Mr. Sama has done an extraordinary job this year under challenging circumstances. He was not supposed to teach the entire Adult Health II class but overcame unforeseen circumstances and has been one of my favorite professors. I was lucky enough to have him for clinical as well and during that time he challenged me to think like a nurse. He was actively engaged in answering questions about the patients that I was caring for and helped me gain confidence in my knowledge and skills. He taught our class the book-way of nursing as well as real-life nursing, which was something that I was looking for in a professor. He was not just a teacher but a prime example of how I would like to be as a nurse. Any student would be blessed to be taught by this professor.
