My 78-year-old mom was admitted for a UTI that raised her white blood cell count l to a serious level. My mom is also battling cancer. We truly appreciated Jace's kindness and patience with my mom. He kept us informed and answered our questions. Checking in on her frequently to make sure she was comfortable and her needs were met. He would come in just to chat and make her laugh! His positivity and reassurance gave Mom the lift she needed. He made a special connection with us by sharing a personal experience a family member is going through....simply put, "there is always hope," that touched our hearts. Jace truly exemplified someone who truly loves his job and cares for others!! He is truly deserving of this recognition!
