My mother was transferred here from another hospital. She was here for nine days. Her condition has been a rollercoaster with a team of doctors trying to balance meds and treatment. Jacie has been a lifesaver for our family. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and communicates each step along the way. She makes my mom feel safe and cared for. Each time she enters the room, she has a smile on her face, and when she leaves, she asks each person in the room if she can get them anything. During our stay at the hospital, Jacie has made a very stressful situation more tolerable by her kindness and compassion. You don’t find many healthcare providers like Jacie, and when you do, it makes the stay much more pleasant. Jacie has made a huge impression on our family. We leave INTEGRIS each day knowing our mom is in good hands when Jacie is on duty. She goes above and beyond and hopefully will be recognized for her passion for nursing. Thank you Jacie!
