Nurse Jacie is sweet the moment she speaks. She is soft spoken but is loved with her actions. I had an embarrassing situation with my ostomy. Usually, I become overwhelmed easily. Jacie's sweet words, encouragement, and quick thorough action helped immensely in resolving the mess and staying calm. She amazed me and was cool, calm, and collected every time that she came to my room. Jacie was and is a pleasant nurse that eased a stressful moment and brought me peaceful thinking because I watched her approach to the poop situation. Jacie is an asset to the nursing staff and a kind gentle spirit for her patients.
