I am a person who has spent a lot of time in hospitals over the past year, so I am well-versed in hospital care and the lack of it! Joe is the best nurse I’ve had in my many hospital stays. This is the first survey I have taken the time to fill out and it was due to his care, compassion and knowledge.
When dealing with so many patients’ needs, charts, medications, and questions from family, people forget how much they are asking of our nurses. But Joe makes it seem effortless. He knew about me and cared about what my experience had been prior to his coming on duty.
I thought, “Wow, what a great human being.” And he has proven to be that as well as a Great Nurse. Keep on caring, Joe. You are a real asset to your profession. Thank you!
