Jack was nominated by a nurse colleague who wanted to recognize his compassion for both his patients and his team, his ability to always make the working environment energetic and fun, his willingness to help above his own patient assignment, his encouragement when teaching new employees, his going to the Med/Surg or other departments to help when they are busy, his calm influence in stressful situations, and always keeping the patient and family at the center of his care.
