Jacki Jandrisevits is always smiling and ready to help. As the caretaker for my husband, I always felt comfortable getting help from her. We had a problem with a missing medication which went off my husband's chart due to a computer issue. She was more than willing to help and went ahead and sorted out the problem way sooner than we had expected. Even small requests from my husband got sorted out very easily. It feels so good to have someone like her to help out, especially when you are in the hospital for months!
