When Jacki first came in, she hugged my wife as she introduced herself. First impressions are always so meaningful. Jacki had a warm and friendly smile and a soothing voice; you could just feel the compassion illuminate from her from her every time she came into the room, which she did so many times that we sometimes felt like her only patient, and she was our own personal nurse. She came and comforted my wife when she received her epidural, and when she was vomiting. She personally delivered our son as I watched and held my wife’s hand. This was so hard to watch my wife give birth to our son who had died. Watching Jacki and listening to her friendly voice encouraged me to stay and be the man I needed to be for my wife. Jacki also aided our nine year old daughter by allowing her to help dress her baby brother and get his hand print on paper. Thanks for your time and love Jacki.
