... Recently, one of Jackie's patients was gravely ill. It was certain that the child would not survive. Jackie contacted the patient's family in the attempt of having them come in to be with their child. Because of transportation issues the family was not able to arrive until after the baby had passed. Jackie provided amazing care for the child, bathing her and dressing her in nice clothing in preparation for what was to come. Jackie even held and rocked the baby to provide comfort as the baby passed because the family was not able to be there at that time. That is the incredible dedication that Jackie shows to her patients. Jackie demonstrated love and compassion to a baby passing. To Jackie her patients are not an "assignment" they are all special.
