Jackie took excellent care of our daughter when she had complications after her 6th major heart surgery. She was compassionate and made our teenage daughter feel more at ease even during uncomfortable procedures. Jackie is a skilled clinician. We are so thankful to have had her take care of our daughter. Our daughter recovered more quickly because of her help.

Jackie is an amazing nurse with extraordinary skills. As a Resource Nurse, she is welcomed on every unit in our hospital and can care for the sickest of the sick and our most vulnerable patients.
