When I came in to have my procedure I was very nervous and scared. The staff was very reassuring with me that everything would be okay. During the procedure when I was having pain, Jackie would rub my hand, arm or shoulder in a way of strong compassion and reassurance. She even did this prior to the procedure because I was so nervous. This goes a long way. A little touch means a lot. Without her strong compassion my anxiety level would have been through the roof. I am very grateful for the great staff I had that day.
