I was recently a patient in your Family Centered Maternity Suite. The entire department was great! Myself, along with my mother, are truly grateful for Jackie's knowledge, patience, and guidance that she gave us both!! Jackie shared real-life stories to comfort me and help me through my labor. I feel like her time with me, my son, and my mother was never rushed and like I was the only patient on the unit. She never treated me like just another patient but took time with me and talked with me. I feel like I left the department with a friend! I had a wonderful experience and great care!
