Jackie went above and beyond to make sure my stay at the hospital was great and comfortable. I had lost my headphones to my phone. She went over and beyond by checking the entire room. She even went so far as going through the garbage to make sure she would find them. She cared and knew how important those headphones meant to me. We finally found the headphones. This example just goes to show how much she cares about the people she takes care of. I'm so blessed to have met such a positive person like her. I will never forget her.
