Jackie is everything I feel an excellent nurse is. Aside from her professionalism and knowledge in the field, she is also very approachable, honest, and straight-forward. I was feeling anxious about my condition and what was going on. Considering all her other patients, she sat down, was not in a rush, and told me the information that was available. She alleviated my anxiety and concerns here. She has a wonderful personality and appears to be a team player in the workplace. She was consistent with making her "round" on time and never failed to ask if there was anything else I need or that she could do. Thank you, Jackie, for everything you did for me.
