Jackie is top notch when giving excellent patient care. Her patient population is mostly elderly and she gives the extra caring touch that her patient's appreciate. She speaks to them in a respectful voice, offers them coffee if another appointment is running long and there is wait time. She is excellent at her phlebotomy skills. With any of the patients she is mindful to look at all aspects of their care - making sure that patient is compliant when needing lab or a physical to keep the patient healthy.

Jackie listens to her patients - whether it is a request for a refill of a medication, referral to a particular specialist on a certain day or as simple as a warm blanket when the patient is not feeling well. She treats all of her patients with respect and develops a true relationship with them.
