My mentally challenged cousin was admitted and Jackie was his Nurse. She realized right away that he has special needs. She talked him through everything she was doing while patting him and consoling him. She learned that he liked coffee and ice cream and she made sure he had plenty. Jackie is such a kind and caring person. Thank you for caring for my cousin.
