Jackie Koenig went out of her way to bring one of her patients a bag full of hygiene products. The bag included everything from shampoo and conditioner to body wash, lotion, a toothbrush, toothpaste, lip balm, a hair brush and hair ties. The patient was so thankful for Jackie's thoughtfulness and felt so much better during her long stay in the Critical Care Unit. Thank you, Jackie!
