Sometimes it's not what someone does for you but what you see them do for others. As a physician of a specialty, you tend to spend a lot of your time in one particular unit. On numerous occasions, I have observed Jackie in many situations. She is a helpful nurse and responsive to the patients' needs and in particular her friendliness shines through when she is especially dealing with elderly people. She always has time for their questions and making them feel at ease during their treatments. During these difficult times, she always puts a smile on their face. This is in addition to being an excellent, knowledgeable clinical nurse. A one of a kind nurse who is humble and patient.
