I came into the Emergency Room feeling bad. Headaches, hurting all over, couldn't breathe or sleep, hurting back, etc. I got right into a room. Jackie Nelson came in and greeted me with a smile and a very good attitude. She also kept me informed on everything that was going on. She always had a smile and answered all my questions. Jackie tried to make me as comfortable as she could. It was great having a nurse that cared and she had a great bedside manner. She could brighten anyone's day. She is a keeper.
Jackie made me feel better with all the caring and smiles she shared. She was able to keep me informed on all tests that they did. She wasn't afraid to interact with me and my wife. She had a great smile and a great attitude even though she was pregnant and only had a couple weeks left.
I wish Jackie all the luck in the world in what she wants out of nursing. I wish there was more like her. Thank you, Jackie. Please keep smiling; you have a great gift.
