Jackie met me at the receiving door and stayed with me throughout my stay in the emergency department to surgery. She was very thoughtful, kind, and very attentivetoall my needs and my sister's needs also. She didn't try to push pain medications on me even though it would have made her job easier. She respected my rights to be as she put it "a tough 'ole girl!" She kept me informed about the next step of the procedures.
Your hospital is a very kind and caring place. I had the best doctors and nurses. I think everyone wore a smile and had a good attitude and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.
