My step dad's father was brought into the ICU after having a stroke. Unfortunately, he passed away early this morning. My stepfather still wanted to make sure that his nurse, Jackie Owens was recognized. She went above and beyond to take care of the entire family. She kept them informed and reassured them during the entire process about his diagnosis. She even made sure they had something to drink and gave her personal cell number for additional questions. Along with being a nurse, she was a provider and comforter to the entire family and we appreciate her. Thank you Jackie!
