Nurse Jackie was my husband's nurse and she served my spouse with the utmost integrity! When one is sick it's not easy to provide care or to reach the patient, but Nurse Jackie was able to reach my husband and make him smile and lift his spirits. Nurse Jackie showed my husband respect in every step. Whenever I wasn't able to be there she'd put in a call to the doctors, as well as advising me on my husband's progress, when I was present. Example: How was his mood, did he eat, did he have to have pain medicine? These were comforting for me and my husband who was progressing towards amputation of his foot. This was a stressful time for all of us. Nurse Jackie helped relieve some of that stress.
