Jackie made my stay special and filled my thoughts with positive memories. She was extremely thorough and professional in all the care she provided me. I could sense she highly respected me as a person and not just "another patient". My most memorable time with Jackie was one night at 3:00 am I became warm, claustrophobic, and very anxious. She quickly sensed what to do. She immediately secured an oscillating fan and set it up in front of my bed. What a lifesaver! That was the perfect answer to overcoming my sensations at the time. She never left the room without making sure I was supplied with every need to make me comfortable. She provided all my medications on time and always explained every question I may have had about each one. I will always be grateful for her love and care for me in making my recovery time a positive experience.
