Jackie always goes out of her way for her patients. She encourages co-workers and always has a warm smile on her face. I first met Jackie when she was my nurse 4 years ago and she was amazing. She took care of all the little extra things and took extra time to help me feed my baby. She made me feel like I was her only patient even though it was a super busy day. In the last 4 years, we have had many encounters. She makes sure every mom has what they need. She goes well beyond the scope of a lactation nurse making all her patients feel special. She checks on patients often and sometimes stays late to help mothers struggling to feed their baby. Jackie truly exemplifies extraordinary.
