On Thursday morning, I felt nauseous and light-headed. We called Jackie and she came right in. She took my vitals and noticed my oxygen was erratic. She immediately called Respiratory and the doctor. The doctor began ordering tests, including a CT scan. It was discovered I had a blood clot in each lung. Steps were immediately taken to take care of the clots. Had it not been for Jackie's quick actions, I don't know what might have happened. I may have been sent home on Thursday, and I can't imagine what could have happened. I can't thank Jackie enough.
