Jackie has been overwhelmingly caring, compassionate, and alert to every tiny little service that might be helpful for my comfort and healing post-surgery. She has provided sufficient warm blankets to keep me comfortable, bringing and laying them around my shoulders and head.

No one ever bothered to plug all these drafty holes in my past experience with hospitals. Additionally, she reminds me gently of things I can do to accelerate healing, such as positioning of legs, back, and head, the use of a gait belt to lift my leg off the bed, providing timely medications to keep pain at bay, and more. She's also great at communicating all my needs to other staff, is understanding of my slowness to move and need for extended time on the toilet, and the need to avoid glaring light in my eyes.

Jackie has gone way beyond simple care and service to her patient responsibility with suggestions and actions my brain has not even thought of to make my life happier and more comfortable. I am truly grateful to have been served by this most knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate person. I believe she merits recognition for her superior work ethic. Thank you.
