First of all, I wish I could nominate the entire staff because they went above and beyond on my behalf. I chose Jackie, because Jackie is very compassionate, and Jackie allowed me to cry on her shoulder when the doctor ordered a procedure. She was very nurturing, and at that moment, she became my second mom. Kind, patient, understanding, etc., Jackie will be forever in my prayers.
