Our patient came in on her death bed - All reviews were dismal and her critical status was obvious. The family began to arrange for funeral/burial details, but Jackie's team turned her around 180 degrees in one week. This was a true miracle.
Jackie Torres is the most empathetic and kindest nurse I have ever come across in my working in many hospitals over the past 40 years. She took the time to keep us informed and truly communicated with us. Above all this, I observed her professionalism, compassion and expertise that made her truly stand out. I consider her as a true saver of my sister's life, along with her attending MD's! I hereby nominate her as a miracle worker, life saver, and expert in her field.
