Jacklyn Gibson, RN

Jacklyn was awesome. She is very professional, easy to talk to, and caring. My wife had informed Jacklyn that she was leaving but wanted to know if the hospital had security and was there a good way out from the hospital to the parking garage. Jacklyn had volunteered to take my wife to the best way out of the hospital, to the parking garage. Mind you, my room was on the 10th floor, and the exit was on the 1st floor near the main entrance, which was closed. She opened the door and watched my wife until she got to our truck safely. She didn't just take care of me, but also cared about my wife’s safety. That action may have seemed small to Jacklyn, but it speaks volumes to my wife and me. We appreciate the whole staff; they were great, and wanted to send a special shout-out to nurse Jacklyn for going that extra mile. She took care of my family and me.
