Jacklyn Griffen showed incredible compassion and understanding. My better half had totally lost his appetite and was hardly eating anything. This had gone on for an extended period of time. She was the first nurse to offer some suggestions with the dietitian to kick start him eating again. Jacklyn came up with something she could fix with ice cream/pudding and milk - kind of like a frosty - and he loved it. It gave him some hope that things could get better. Today is our 27th day here.
