Jaclyn started her shift off immediately with an emergency and handled it with care and grace. After seeing that, I knew she was exceptionally amazing. I have had my share of hospital visits and nurse Jaclyn was hands down done above and beyond her duties. She has kept a super positive attitude that rubbed off on me, even though I am in extreme pain. Human compassion is an understatement of how she is with her patients and her fellow co-workers. She speaks highly of everyone she works with. I hope to have all nurses like Jaclyn for all patients. She has truly changed the way I feel about hospital surgery staff. A warm and greatly special thank you to Nurse Jaclyn. You are something phenomenal and heaven-sent.
